Customise Order Policy

A customised product is made according to specific requirements or preferences of the customer. It is tailored to meet unique needs in terms of design, colour, size, finish, or features. Customised products generally cost more due to the additional time, effort, and craftsmanship involved.

Terms and Conditions for Customise Orders

  • The word "customised" itself specifies that the product is manufactured exclusively for the customer. Once order details are confirmed, manufacturing starts immediately; therefore, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
  • All our products are custom-made. Minor variations in woodwork, texture, or measurements may occur. These variations are natural and add to the unique character of the product.
  • Raw wooden furniture images will be shared before painting or polishing. Please review carefully, as changes after painting or finishing are not possible. Any requested changes at that stage will incur additional charges.
  • Final product images with all requested customizations (paint finish, polish, distressed level, etc.) will be shared before dispatch. No changes can be made once final confirmation is given.
  • Similar knobs and handles are subject to availability. In case of any major change, approval will be taken before use.
  • Due to handcrafting and hand finishing, natural variations in colour and wood texture may occur. These are not defects and make each piece one-of-a-kind.
  • Product colours may vary slightly due to screen resolution, lighting, and device display settings.
  • Payment for customised orders must be made in full advance. Such payments are non-refundable under all circumstances, as production begins immediately after payment confirmation.
  • Customised orders typically take 3–5 weeks for dispatch. Any delays will be communicated. We require sufficient time to ensure the highest quality workmanship as per customer requirements.
  • Installation arrangements must be made by the customer. We are not liable to arrange carpenters or assembly services.
